Ingredients
- 2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup frozen chopped onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred and serve.
