Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 C honey
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 T liquid aminos or soy sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 8 oz frozen pineapple chunks or canned
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen cauliflower crumbles or brown rice
- 16 oz green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake.
To Cook
- Pour shrimp mixture onto sheet pan sprayed with non stick spray. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
- Cook cauliflower crumbles, steam green beans or brown rice according to package directions.
