Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 T liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 8 oz frozen pineapple chunks or canned
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen cauliflower crumbles or brown rice
  • 16 oz green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake.
To Cook
  1. Pour shrimp mixture onto sheet pan sprayed with non stick spray. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
  2. Cook cauliflower crumbles, steam green beans or brown rice according to package directions.
