Ingredients
Prep
- 3 1/2 lb pot roast any cut
- 1/2 C balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 C beef broth
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 3 t minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 pkg frozen french fries
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish to mix.
To Cook
- Add prepped beef to slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred meat and serve on hamburger buns.
- Cook fries according to package directions.
