Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon - CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 C low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 t ground ginger
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 4 T honey
  • 3 C frozen green beans
  • 2 C frozen sliced carrots
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 3 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 t sesame seeds

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add salmon to large zipper bag.
  2. Combine next 5 ingredients in small bowl with lid.
  3. In a separate large zipper bag, add remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour 2/3 of sauce onto salmon and the rest onto the veggies.
To Cook
  1. Bake salmon and veggies on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray at 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
  2. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
