Ingredients
- 2 pound lean stew meat
- 4 cup beef broth
- 1 cup frozen chopped onion because its easier
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 T dried onion flakes yes, more onion
- 1/4 t onion powder and even more onion
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 t paprika
- 8 ounce red wine or a bottle, your call
Instructions
- add all ingredients except the beef to the slow cooker and wisk.
- add beef and mix well.
- cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
