Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lb baby new potatoes
  • 4 pork chops
  • 16 oz frozen green beans
  • 3 t minced garlic
  • 1 T dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T dried parsley flakes
  • pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop potatoes in half or quarters and add to large zipper bag.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to bag. Zip and squish to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour onto baking pan sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 400 degrees or until pork is cooked through.
  3. Serve with green salad.
