Pepperoni Pinwheels - C
potato chips, celery sticks

Ingredients

Prep
  • 16 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 2 t Italian seasoning
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1/2 C shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 flour tortillas or spinach wrap
  • 16 oz pepperoni slices
  • 3/4 C red bell pepper optional
  • 1/2 C mushrooms optional
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg potato chips
  • 16 oz celery sticks

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add the first 6 ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Finely dice bell peppers and mushrooms, and set aside.
  3. Spread tortillas evenly with cheese mixture. Top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle with diced vegetables.
  4. Roll each tortilla up tightly to form a cylinder. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and store in a zipper bag.
To Cook
  1. Slice each chilled tortilla cylinder into desired sizes (tip: a serrated knife works well). Serve with potato chips and celery sticks.
