Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 lb frozen meatballs
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. In a large bowl mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Separate and cut biscuits into bite size pieces. Add to bowl along with meatballs and gently toss to coat.
  3. Spray a baking dish with non stick spray. Pour meatball mixture into baking dish. Evenly pour sauce over top. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until biscuits are cooked. Sprinkle with cheese and cook for another 5-10 minutes to melt cheese.
  2. Serve with salad.
