- 1 angel food cake
- 6 C strawberries
- 1 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 3 T powder sugar

To Assemble
- Chop first two ingredients into bite size pieces and store in two separate containers.
- Mix heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract in a medium sized mixing bowl then gradually add in powder sugar.
- Layer angel food, strawberries and whipped cream mixture in mason jars.
