Italian Quesadillas – C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 t Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb sliced ham
  • 1/2 lb salami
  • 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 C roasted red peppers patted dry
  • 1/4 C mild banana pepper rings patted dry
  • 2 C shredded Italian-style cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 12 flour tortillas 8 inch
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to a large container with a lid. Mix together until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop salami, pepperoni and ham. Chop roasted red peppers and banana pepper rings. Add to cream cheese mixture along with shredded cheese. Mix together until combined.
To Cook
  1. Scoop mixture equally onto 6 tortillas and place on baking sheet. Top with remaining tortillas and spray with non stick spray or brush with melted butter.
  2. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with green salad.
