Honey Mustard Salmon - CE
Grilled Asparagus and Green Salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 salmon steaks
  • 3 T honey
  • 3 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 t dill
  • 1 large bunch asparagus
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 2 t olive oil
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish gently to coat.
  2. Trim woody ends from asparagus and place in separate zipper bag.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic salt to asparagus and squish gently to coat.
To Cook
  1. Remove salmon from bag and place on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes.
  2. Remove asparagus from bag and broil along with salmon until crisp-tender.
