Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 T white wine or water
  • 1 T honey
  • 1/3 C balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 ball mozzarella cheese fresh
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add first 8 ingredients to a large zipper bag.
  2. Zip to seal and squish to coat. Refrigerate.
  3. Slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese and store in small container with lid.
To Cook
  1. Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish and drizzle remaining sauce from bag over them. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or until salmon is done.
  2. Drizzle tomatoes and cheese with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with basil (if desired).
