Gnocchi, Broccoli, and White Bean Bake - C
salad and garlic bread

Ingredients

Prep
  • 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce or 3 cups of homemade
  • 24 oz gnocchi in pasta section
  • 3 C broccoli florets chopped
  • 15 oz can cannellini beans
  • 1 C Italian shredded cheese blend
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 garlic bread
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop broccoli.
  2. Rinse and drain beans.
  3. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place sauce, gnocchi, broccoli, beans and half the cheese in baking dish and gently toss until combined and all the gnocchi is covered in sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered with foil in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot in center. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Prepare garlic bread according to package directions. Serve with salad.
