Ingredients
Prep
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/3 C honey
- 3 T minced garlic
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 salmon fillets
- 20 oz broccoli florets
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Melt butter and mix with next 3 ingredients in a small bowl
- Chop parsley to equal 1/4 cup and add to butter.
- Chop salmon into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag along with broccoli. Pour butter into bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Pour salmon and broccoli onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Cook rice according to package directions. Serve with salad.
