Ingredients
Prep
- 2 pounds lean ground beef at least 90% lean
- 1 C frozen chopped onion
- 28 oz can mild enchilada sauce
On Cooking Day
- 1 package hamburger buns
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 C salsa
- 2 avocados
- 8 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and squish to mix.
To Cook
- Add meat mixture to slow cooker. Mix well and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve on hamburger buns topped with cheese along with chips, salsa, avocado and salad.
