Ingredients
Prep
- 24 oz frozen meatballs
- 21 oz can french onion soup
- 1 yellow onion
On Cooking Day
- 2 pkg frozen rice steamers
- 1 bag frozen broccoli florets
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice onion and add with remaining ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Pour prepped ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions. Serve meatballs over rice and broccoli.
