Ingredients
Prep
- 4 T butter
- 1 C frozen chopped onions
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 12 oz beef broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T dried parsley flakes
On Cooking Day
- 2 lb frozen meatballs
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1 bag steamers mashed potatoes
- 16 oz frozen peas
Instructions
To Assemble
- Melt butter in a bowl with lid. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and store in refrigerator until cook day. This is the gravy mix to be used on cooking day.
To Cook
- Add meatballs to slow cooker. Mix cornstarch into gravy mix and add to slow cooker. Mix well. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Cook potatoes and peas according to package directions.
- *To thicken gravy, add 2T cornstarch to 2 T water and mix into slow cooker last 30 minutes of cook time.
