Ingredients
Prep
- 2 C sauerkraut
- 1/2 lb deli sliced corned beef
- 1/3 C mayonnaise
- 1/3 C bottles Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 C shredded Swiss cheese
On Cooking Day
- 1 box Melba toast or rye toast
Instructions
To Assemble
- Drain sauerkraut and add to a medium size bowl with lid.
- Chop corned beef and add to sauerkraut.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
To Cook
- Pour dip mixture into small baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with Melba toast.
