- 1 C salted butter
- 2 C graham crackers
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 C Peanut butter
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 11 oz chocolate chips
Instructions
To Assemble
- none needed.
To Cook
- Combine first 5 ingredients into a large bowl, then stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Press mixture into 8x8 baking dish or pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl stirring occasionally. Once melted pour chocolate chips over pressed peanut butter, then store in refrigerator for 30 minute to an hour.
