Ingredients
Prep
- 1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 eggs yolks only
- 10 oz heavy cream
- 1 T curry powder
- 16 oz canned crab meat
On Cooking Day
- 12 oz spaghetti noodles
- 10 C salad greens
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop cilantro and mix egg yolks and remaining ingredients in a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Set crab mixture on counter to bring to room temp.
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pan with crab mixture. Mix well over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with salad.
