Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lbs large raw shrimp peeled
- 2 pre-made crab cakes
- 1 lb bacon
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
- 8 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cut bacon into thirds.
- Pinch off about 2 teaspoons of crab cake for each shrimp.
- Wrap each shrimp and crab with bacon. Push toothpick through bacon to hold together. Store in large container with lid using wax paper between layers.
To Cook
- Place shrimp on large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray in single layer. (use wire rack if you have one) Bake at 450 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until bacon is crisp and shrimp is cooked.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
