Ingredients
Prep
- 1/2 C Frank's red hot sauce or buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 C ranch dressing
- 1/4 C crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 C light sour cream
On Cooking Day
- 12 corn tortillas or flour
- 1 1/2 lb frozen popcorn shrimp breaded
- 2 C cole slaw cabbage
- 1 C shredded carrots
- 2 C shredded lettuce
- 30 ounces canned black beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix first 2 ingredients in a small bowl with lid.
- Mix last 2 ingredients in another small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Cook shrimp according to package directions. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Toss shrimp in hot sauce/ranch mix and serve on tortillas with shredded cabbage, carrots and lettuce. Drizzle sour cream sauce over top.
- Heat black beans according to package directions.
