Ingredients
Prep
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 6 bone-in pork chops
- 1 C BBQ sauce
On Cooking Day
- 10 oz couscous
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop onion and bell peppers and add to large zipper bag.
- Add pork chops and bbq sauce to the same bag. Zip bag and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Place pork mixture into slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Cook couscous according to package directions.
