Ingredients
Prep
- 1 C ketchup
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 lb chicken wings/drumettes
- 6 large baking potatoes
- foil
On Cooking Day
- cooking spray
- 28 oz baked beans
- potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits) optional
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add the first 5 ingredients to a small bowl with a lid. Stir to combine. Pour half of the sauce into a large zipper bag, and reserve the remaining sauce for cooking day.
- Add chicken wings to the zipper bag, seal and squish to coat.
- Wrap each potato in foil and store in the refrigerator.
To Cook
- Add the potatoes to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Line a baking sheet with foil, and spray with cooking spray.
- Add the chicken to the baking sheet and bake at 450 for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Prepare baked beans per package instructions, and heat the reserved sauce for serving. Serve chicken with baked beans, potatoes, and toppings as desired.
