- 1 C oats
- 1 C almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 4 t maple syrup
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 2 T ground flax seeds
- 1 t cinnamon
- 4 T walnuts optional
On Cooking Day
- 1/2 banana
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cut banana into bite size pieces.
- Layer all ingredients in mason jar and top with lid.
- Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

- Shake/stir and top with banana slices.
