Baked Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce - C
salad and garlic bread

Ingredients

Prep
  • 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 24 oz gnocchi in pasta section
  • 1/2 C frozen chopped onions
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 2 C Italian shredded cheese blend
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T freshly chopped basil optional
  • 1 garlic bread
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place sauce, gnocchi, onions, garlic and half the cheese in baking dish and gently toss until combined and all the gnocchi is covered in sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Baked covered with foil and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot in center. Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and chopped basil before serving if desired.
  2. Prepare garlic bread according to package directions. Serve with salad.
