Ingredients
Prep
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/3 C hoisin sauce
- 1/3 C honey
- 1/3 C soy sauce
- 1 T ground ginger
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1/3 C sesame seeds
- 2 green onion
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cut chicken in 1" cubes and place in large zipper bag.
- In a bowl with lid, mix next 5 ingredients. Pour half over the chicken and cover remaining sauce. Zip chicken bag and squish to mix.
- Chop green onion and place in a small bowl with sesame seeds.
To Cook
- Place chicken mixture on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with non stick spray. Cook in 375 oven for 8 minutes. Flip chicken and pour remaining sauce over chicken. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top chicken with onions and sesame seeds.
- Cook rice according to package directions and serve with green salad.
