Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak or any cut you like
- 2 bell peppers any color
- 1 onion
- 8 oz canned baby corn on the cob drained
- 1/2 C hoisin sauce
- 1 t sesame oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T honey
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/2 T minced ginger
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cut steak, bell peppers and onion into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag.
- Add remaining ingredients to bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Pour steak mixture onto large baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Broil 5-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Serve with rice.
