3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 C creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 large egg
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C chocolate chips optional
  • 1/8 t sea salt optional

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix together all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
To Cook
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into small balls.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. For optional dip, melt chocolate in 15 second intervals until melted. Dip cookie halfway up and let cool on parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt.
