Bacon Ranch Quiche

Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

A slice of bacon ranch quiche served on a white plate.

Ingredients:

2 frozen pie crusts

6 oz real bacon bits or pieces

2 C. shredded cheddar cheese

1-2  C. fresh broccoli, chopped fine (optional)

6 eggs

1 C. milk

2 T dry ranch seasoning

Pepper to taste

Assembly directions:

Sprinkle cheese, broccoli and bacon bits equally into both pie crusts.  Cover with plastic wrap.  I made one with broccoli and one without.

Blend last 3 ingredients in a blender.  Cover and store in refrigerator.

To Cook:

Place pie crusts on baking sheet.  Trust me, they are much easier to balance this way.

Two pans of bacon ranch quiche, one topped with broccoli, the other topped with cheese.

Pour egg mixture equally into each pie crust.  Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until center is set.

Bacon ranch quiche topped with broccoli ready to be served.
