Customer Support & Community Manager

VIRTUAL – PART TIME POSITION $15/hr
(APPROX 10-15 HRS WK SUNDAY-THURSDAY)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and respond to customer service tickets periodically throughout the day (1-2 hours per day)
- Monitor and ensure all email and phone systems are working well
- Work with internal tech departments to resolve issues
- Work with The 5D1H team to resolve issues
- Document processes and procedures associated with the position SKILLS
- Self starter and good with time management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to provide high touch, engaging contact with every customer
- Solves problems effectively
- Well organized • Works well independently
- Works well with a virtual team
- Comfortable working with technology
- Professional demeanor with a good attitude even if dealing with a difficult situation or person
- Great attention to detail

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE HAS:
- 2-3 years of experience as a customer service representative
- 1-3 years of experience working with a virtual company / working from home
- 1-3 years of experience with integrated customer service platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- A commitment to top notch customer service
- A flexible schedule, weekends required
- Professional, self-starting, “get-it-done” attitude and work ethic
- Familiarity with Helpscout or online ticketing system preferred but not required
