Ever wonder what 5 dinners all assembled looks like?
Here are 5 “Clean” dinners I just put in the refrigerator today!
Have I mentioned my tiny refrigerator? It is probably one of the smallest models they sell and I have no problem fitting all the dinners on one shelf!
The items in zipper bags go in a container to catch any leaks that may happen.
The rest go in dishes with lids (I got on sale at Target yesterday).
I am trying to switch from plastic to glass. Those plastic containers seem to disappear when taken to work filled with leftovers for lunch. Maybe these glass containers will stick around a little longer. I love the squares and rectangles. They fit in the refrigerator much better than round ones.

Ahhhh. Just love it when the fridge is full, and I don’t have to try to figure out what is for dinner for the next 5 days!

Do the meals still taste fresh after sitting in the fridge?
Doesn’t the chicken go bad? I just got your recipes and thought raw chicken should only stay in your fridgerator for 2 days?

You can always use frozen chicken and it will give you more time as it thaws. I make sure the use by/sell by date is at least 5 days out when I buy any meat. I just can’t go to the store every 2 days. :)
