Steak Made Easy

Broiled steak is a quick and easy way to have steak during the week.

Sliced steak served with a baked potato and broccoli on a blue plate.
2 lbs sirloin steak
 
1/4  C. Worcestershire  sauce
1 C. Italian salad dressing
2 t steak seasoning (Montreal)
1 C. BBQ sauce
Chop steak into 2 inch pieces and place in large zipper bag.
 
Chopped steak placed in a plastic bag to be seasoned.
 
 Add next 4 ingredients to zipper bag. Zip and squish around to mix.
 
Chopped steak placed in a plastic bag seasoned and being mixed.
 
When ready to cook, 
place steak onto foil lined baking sheet
sprayed with non stick spray.  Broil 5-10

minutes or until desired doneness.

If the steak is thin, you will not even have to turn it over.  
Cook potatoes in the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours and you can  have a steak dinner in 10 minutes!!
