Make a big batch of Pork Carnitas and use it for several meals!! I like to use pork tenderloin because it seems to have less fat.
Just dump it all in the slow cooker and let it do the work.
Cook it low and slow so the meat gets tender. You should be able to shred it with your tongs, right in the slow cooker.
Tip Tip Tip! – If you make a big batch and freeze some of it, be sure to freeze it in the liquid so it doesn’t dry out.

My favorite – the BOWL! OH my YUM!
- 2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup frozen chopped onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred and serve.
