Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb cooked ham steaks
  • 2 bell peppers any color
  • 20 oz pineapple chunks or 2 C fresh
  • 1/2 C orange marmalade
  • 2 T yellow mustard
  • 1/4 t ground cloves
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag steamers rice

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop ham and bell peppers into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag with pineapple chunks.
  2. Mix last 3 ingredients in a small bowl and pour over ham mixture. Zip and shake well to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour ham mixture on to baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Broil for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions.
