Tomatillo Salsa Pizza - 5

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg can pizza dough
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese room temperature
  • 2.5 C salsa verde
  • 2 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Roll the dough out of the can to fit a rimmed baking sheet or a round deep dish pizza pan. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Drop the cream cheese by spoonfuls evenly over the surface of the dough, and then gently spread it with a rubber spatula. Spoon the salsa on top, and then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then reduce the oven temperature to 375 degrees and bake until the top is bubbling and the dough is no longer raw, about 15 minutes.
