Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 frozen mini corn cobs
  • foil
  • 2 T butter
On Cooking Day
  • cooking spray
  • 15.5 oz fritos corn chips
  • 45 oz can chili without beans
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Put a pat of butter on each corn cob, and individually wrap in foil. Store in a zipper bag.
To Cook
  1. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour chips into the dish, and pour chili on top of the chips. Cover loosely with foil.
  2. Place the baking dish and the corn cobs onto a large baking sheet. Bake, covered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes and remove from oven. Uncover, and sprinkle cheese on top of the chili. Return the baking dish to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve with corn on the cob.
