Tex Mex Beef Ribs - CE
Sweet potato fries and Baked Beans

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 Rack St. Louis beef ribs
  • 1/2 C hot sauce optional
  • 1 T paprika
  • 2 t cayenne pepper
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 2 t cumin
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 2 t oregano
On Cooking Day
  • 2 can baked beans 16 oz
  • 2 bag frozen sweet potato fries

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place ribs in large plastic container with lid, cutting in half if necessary.
  2. Combine spices in small bowl then sprinkle onto meat. Rub spices into ribs, using gloves if you’d like.
  3. Place lid on container and refrigerate.
To Cook
  1. Remove ribs from container and grill on indoor or outdoor grill until ribs pull apart.
  2. Prepare fries and beans according to package directions and serve with ribs.
