Brown rice and fortune cookies

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 pork chops
  • 16 oz frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1/4 C light teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 C orange marmalade
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
  • 1 bag fortune cookies optional but fun!

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place pork chops in 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Pour frozen vegetables over top of pork chops.
  3. Mix teriyaki sauce and marmalade in small bowl.
  4. Pour over vegetables and cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered in 450 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. Serve with fortune cookies.
