Sweet Garlic Spare Ribs - CE
Baked Potatoes and Broccoli

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 lbs pork spareribs
  • 1/2 C honey
  • 1/4 C tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 t garlic salt
  • 6 baking potatoes
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz broccoli florets
  • potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits) butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Remove ribs from their wrapper and slice into individual pieces. Place in a storage bowl.
  2. Combine next 6 ingredients in a small bowl to make a glaze.
  3. Brush the honey glaze over the ribs. Put lid on bowl and refrigerate.
  4. Wrap potatoes in foil.
To Cook
  1. Cook wrapped potatoes on low in slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
  2. Grill ribs for 40 minutes or until tender or bake in 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Prepare broccoli according to directions. Serve with baked potatoes
