Stuffing Baked Pork Chops - C
Green Beans and Dinner Roll

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 box cornbread stuffing mix
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag frozen green beans
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Coat pork chops with sour cream.
  2. Dredge pork chops in cornbread stuffing, and place in storage container with lid using wax paper to separate layers if necessary.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
To Cook
  1. Place pork chops on baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions. Serve with dinner rolls.
