Spinach Lasagna - C
Green salad and Texas Toast
Servings: 6

Ingredients

Prep
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed
  • 32 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 egg
  • 2 C shredded Italian cheese blend
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 dry lasagna noodles
  • 56 oz traditional spaghetti sauce
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 1 pkg Texas Toast

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Drain spinach in colander and squeeze dry. Mix spinach with next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In a 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray, layer lasagna: Sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, repeat until all ingredients are used.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap.
To Cook
  1. Remove plastic wrap and cover with foil.
  2. Bake covered in 400 degree oven for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
  3. Serve with green salad and Texas Toast.
