Ingredients
Prep
- 16 oz shredded cabbage slaw
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1 t sugar
- 1/4 t celery seed
- 1 lb deli roast beef
- 12 Swiss cheese sliced
- 5 sub sandwich rolls
On Cooking Day
- 1 jar pickles any kind
- 16 oz baby carrots
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix first 6 ingredients a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
- Assemble 6 sandwiches – Bread, Cheese, Beef, Cheese, Bread.
- Store in a large zipper bag.
To Cook
- Spray each side of bread with butter flavored cooking spray. Grill sandwiches in skillet or on George Foreman grill if desired.
- Fill lunch boxes with one sandwich, slaw, carrots and pickle spears.

Ingredients
- 1 pork spareribs a rack or two
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut ribs rack in half to fit into slow cooker. Place half rack in slow cooker. Layer with sauce, repeat.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with more sauce if desired.
