- 2 lb ground turkey
- 1 1/2 C jar salsa
- 2 T taco seasoning
On Cooking Day
- 1 bag fritos corn chips
- 2 avocados
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 C salad greens

To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bags. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Cook meat mixture in skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through.
- Dice avocado. Add in avocado, corn chips, and cheese to skillet.
- Serve with side salad.

Ingredients
- 1 pork spareribs a rack or two
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut ribs rack in half to fit into slow cooker. Place half rack in slow cooker. Layer with sauce, repeat.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with more sauce if desired.
