- 6 large baking potatoes

- 6 C salad greens
- potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits)

- Wash and dry potatoes. Wrap each in foil.
- Store in refrigerator.
To Cook
- Place foil wrapped potatoes in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
- Put topping ingredients on counter and let everyone load their own potato.
- Serve with green salad.

Ingredients
- 1 pork spareribs a rack or two
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut ribs rack in half to fit into slow cooker. Place half rack in slow cooker. Layer with sauce, repeat.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with more sauce if desired.
