Ingredients

- 2 lb flank steak
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb gold potatoes
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 C finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 1/2 t dried parsley
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 T olive oil
On Cooking Day
- none needed
Instructions
To Assemble
- Trim woody ends off asparagus. Dice potatoes into small bite-sized pieces.
- Add potatoes to large zipper bag and season with 1/2 of the following garlic, parmesan, and olive oil.
- Season steak with salt and pepper and reserved olive oil, Parmesan cheese and garlic. Add to container with lid.
- Add asparagus and remaining olive oil to separate large zipper bag.
To Cook
- Add potatoes to sheet pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Broil for 6-8 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Take sheet pan out of oven and add steak and asparagus to the sheet pan (you might need a separate sheet pan for asparagus).
- Broil for another 4-6 minutes, then flip steak and broil for another 4-6 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pork spareribs a rack or two
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut ribs rack in half to fit into slow cooker. Place half rack in slow cooker. Layer with sauce, repeat.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with more sauce if desired.
