Ingredients

- 1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T minced ginger
- 6 boneless pork loin chops
- 3 green onions
On Cooking Day
- 20 oz can pineapple slices
- 1 pkg frozen rice steamers
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli steamer
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add the first 4 ingredients to a zipper bag.
- Chop the green onions and add to the zipper bag. Squish to mix.
To Cook
- Grill pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145.
- Grill pineapple rings for 5 minutes, turning once while grilling.
- Prepare rice and broccoli per package instructions. Serve with grilled pork chops and pineapple.

Ingredients
- 1 pork spareribs a rack or two
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut ribs rack in half to fit into slow cooker. Place half rack in slow cooker. Layer with sauce, repeat.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with more sauce if desired.
