Slow Cooked Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

Prep
  • 4 C frozen peaches
  • 1/3 C brown sugar
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 C oats
  • 8 T butter
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream optional

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Grease slow cooker.
  2. Add peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to mix.
  3. Sprinkle cake mix and oats on top. Then top evenly with pats of butter.
To Cook
  1. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  2. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
