Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 large baking potatoes
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits)
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Wash and dry potatoes.
  2. Wrap each in foil.
  3. Store in refrigerator.
To Cook
  1. Place foil wrapped potatoes in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
  3. Put topping ingredients on counter and let everyone load their own potato.
  4. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  5. Serve with green salad.
