Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 small red potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper any color
  • 6 mini frozen corn cobs
  • 1/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1/8 C coarse ground mustard
  • 1/2 T dried thyme
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 t canola oil
  • 2 lb chicken wings/drumettes
On Cooking Day
  • foil
  • cooking spray
  • 6 C green salad

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Cut potatoes and bell pepper into bite sized pieces (1/2-1") and add to a zipper bag. Add the corn cobs to the bag.
  2. Add the next 6 ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Put chicken wings in a second zipper bag. Add mayonnaise mixture to the zipper bag and squish to coat.
To Cook
  1. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray. Pour chicken and vegetables on the baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
  2. Bake at 425 for 40-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with salad.

*corn cobs may also be wrapped in foil before cooking.
