Ranch Bacon Burgers - C
Grilled corn on the cob, watermelon

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 3 T dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 corn on the cob
  • 1 small watermelon
On Cooking Day
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 3 T ranch dressing
  • Burger toppings (lettuce tomato, pickles, onions)

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together first first 4 ingredients. Pat out 6 hamburger patties and store in container with lid, using wax paper between layers.
  2. Wrap each corn cob with foil.
  3. Slice watermelon and put in container with lid.
To Cook
  1. Grill burgers for about 5 minutes per side. Cook corn on the back of the grill while the burgers cook.
  2. Dress burgers with bacon, ranch dressing, and burger toppings.
  3. Serve with corn and watermelon.
