Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 C frozen chopped onions
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 1/2 C chicken broth
  • 1/2 C liquid aminos
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 t minced ginger
  • 1/2 t sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1 lb whole wheat spaghetti noodles
  • 1 C shredded coleslaw
  • 2 C sugar snap peas
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Thinly slice pork into strips and add to a large zipper along with onion.
  2. Chop green onion and add remaining ingredients to a container with a lid.
  3. Pour HALF of the marinade into pork bag. Reserve the remaining sauce for cooking day.
To Cook
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add pork and cook.
  2. Add in coleslaw mix and sugar snap peas and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Cook noodles per package directions and add to skillet with remaining sauce.
  4. Serve with salad.
