Orange Glazed Pork Chops - C
Rice and broccoli

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 pork chops about 1-inch thick
  • 1/2 C orange juice
  • 2 T orange marmalade
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen rice steamer
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place pork chops in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl mix together next 4 ingredients until combined. Pour HALF the mixture over pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Cover. Reserve remaining half of marinade for cooking day.
To Cook
  1. Baked uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes until pork is cooked thoroughly.
  2. Warm remaining sauce in microwave until bubbly. Pour over cooked pork chops.
  3. Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions.

*for milder flavor, reduce Cajun seasoning to taste.
